Hero Reward is proud to announce our latest expansion, the Hero Reward River Retreat!

This new camping property, complete with campers, a shelter house, a fire-pit and a basketball court will provide our Heroes and their families with a 1 up to a 7-day stay, free of charge. This will include free meals, recreational, and therapeutic opportunities and an opportunity to be among others that can relate to their experiences.

Given the Covid-19 pandemic, we are seeing “Everyday Heroes” in Doctors, Nurses and First Responders. Hero Reward is proud to reward them as well as our veterans when they finally get a chance to kick back with their families to regroup, relax and be honored.

This retreat has been made possible thanks to the donation of land on the Ohio River from a World War II Hero and funding from Samtec to purchase 3 campers. This will allow us to provide services to even more American Heroes and especially our First Responders in many years to come. Additional partners that have made this a success are the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Eckart Supply, IMI Stone, Riley Excavating, Mulzer Quarry and local electricians and plumbers. We thank all of you for your support and generosity!

If you are a veteran or first responder and would like to submit an application to stay at our retreat please click here to fill out the application and send it in with the Dates and Camper you would like to stay in and someone will be in touch with you soon.
